Can I cancel my order?

We hope that you won’t need to cancel your order, but we understand that
sometimes things don’t go to plan! If you need to cancel, please get in touch

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We're proudly based in New Zealand and are currently focused on getting fresh,
filtered goodness to our fellow Kiwis. Stay tuned though – world domination (or
at least international shipping) might be next...

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days. Deliveries may take a little longer during peak seasons, holidays,
or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Courier delivery times may vary dependant
on your location. We will aim to keep you as updated as possible!
